Ancient yogis knew the flow of breath influenced everything in life: Mind, Actions, Manifestation and Meditation. They realized the only way to tame the mind is by controlling breath.
The Yogis developed two techniques of controlling breath: Pranayama and Vaasi Yoga. Pranayama helps one control the flow of breath and Vaasi Yoga helps one channelize the breath within to gain inner awareness.
About the Course:
4 weeks intensive practice of breath work and meditation.
- Week 1: Introduction and concepts
- Week 2: Colon cleanse and aligning the breathing to lunar and solar cycles
- Week 3: Aligning the Chakras (Energy Centers)
- Week 4: Increasing the gut strength and channelizing the breath
