Palak Paneer is a comforting Indian dish made with paneer in a creamy spinach sauce. This version combines lightly sautéed paneer, fresh spinach, garlic, and Beyond Garam Masala for a rich, balanced flavor.

Ingredients:
- 1 bag fresh spinach
- 1/2 cup finely minced onion
- 2 tablespoons crushed tomatoes
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup paneer, cubed
- 1/4 cup coconut cream, optional
- 1/2 teaspoon Beyond Garam Masala for sautéing the paneer
- 2 teaspoons Beyond Garam Masala for the spinach sauce
- 1/4 cup water
How to Make Palak Paneer with Beyond Garam Masala
Step 1: Sauté the cubed paneer with 1/2 teaspoon Beyond Garam Masala. Remove it from the pan and set aside.
Step 2: Purée the spinach until smooth and set aside.
Step 3: Sauté the minced garlic. Add the onions and cook until soft and translucent.
Step 4: Add 2 teaspoons Beyond Garam Masala, the crushed tomatoes, spinach purée, and water. Cook until the sauce has thickened.
Step 5: Stir in the coconut cream, if using. Add the paneer and simmer for 2 minutes.
Serve hot with roti, rice pilaf, or pita.
