We often attempt to change our lives by addressing problems at surface levels, only to find ourselves stuck in repetitive patterns. This happens because we try to change our thoughts using affirmations, focusing on the psychological layer. However, thoughts originate from a biological process, not a psychological phenomenon. The same mindset that created the situation cannot resolve it; it will only continue to drag you along with the illusion of solving.

Outcomes in life are the result of actions, and actions stem from thoughts. Thoughts, in turn, arise from the electrical activity of synapses connecting neurons in the brain. This activity is profoundly influenced by the vibrational state of the body. To change the psychology, you have to first change the biology.

Silence Day

  • 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m.: Pancha Vayu Kriya
  • 8:00 a.m. –8:45 a.m.: Breakfast
  • 8:45 a.m. – 9:45 a.m.: Silence -> Pratyahara
  • 9:45 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.: Break + Chai
  • 10:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.: Silence -> Dharana (Vasi Yoga)
  • 11:30 a.m. – 12:15 p.m.: Lunch
  • 12:30 p.m. – 1:30 p.m.: Silence + Pratyahara
  • 1:30 p.m. – 1:50 p.m.: Break + Chai
  • 3:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.: Silence -> Dharana (Vasi Yoga)
  • 4:00 p.m. – 4:20 p.m.: Break + Chai
  • 4:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.: Silence -> Dharana (Vasi Yoga)
  • 6:00 p.m. – 6:50 p.m.: Dinner
  • 7:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.: Silence -> Pratyahara
  • 8:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.: Open Discussion

Prerequisite: Completion of Pancha Vayu Kriya lessons from Inner Transformation Yoga is required for all participants who wish to join the full-day silence experience.

Practice: Guided breath work (Pancha Vayu Kriya) and silence session (Vasi Yoga).
