We often attempt to change our lives by addressing problems at surface levels, only to find ourselves stuck in repetitive patterns. This happens because we try to change our thoughts using affirmations, focusing on the psychological layer. However, thoughts originate from a biological process, not a psychological phenomenon. The same mindset that created the situation cannot resolve it; it will only continue to drag you along with the illusion of solving.

  • 4:00 p.m.: Concepts of Vasi/Siddha Yoga
  • 5:30 p.m.: Shat Kriya (Cleansing and opening the channels)
  • 6:30 p.m.: Dinner + Continuation of concepts
  • 7:30 p.m.: Pancha Vayu Kriya
  • 8:30 p.m.: Listening to a Discourse (Learning to go deeper)
  • 9:30 p.m.: Return to Room

Day 2: Silence Day

  • 6:00 a.m. – 7:00 a.m.: Pancha Vayu Kriya
  • 7:00 a.m. – 7:45 a.m.: Breakfast + Sun Gazing
  • 8:00 a.m. – 9:30 a.m.: Pratyahara - Taming the mind
  • 9:30 a.m. – 9:55 a.m.: Break + Chai (Time to reflect or relax)
  • 10:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.: Pratyahara - Exploring emotions or habits to overcome
  • 11:30 a.m. – 12:15 p.m.: Lunch
  • 1:30 p.m. – 2:30 p.m.: Pratyahara - Going deeper (continued)
  • 2:30 p.m. – 2:50 p.m.: Break + Chai
  • 3:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.: Dharana (Concentration) - Rhythmic breathing to open the Sushumna energy channel
  • 4:00 p.m. – 4:20 p.m.: Break + Chai
  • 4:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.: Dharana (continued)
  • 6:00 p.m. – 6:50 p.m.: Dinner
  • 7:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.: Dharana (continued)
  • 8:30 p.m.: Listening to a Discourse
  • 9:30 p.m.: Return to Room

Day 3

  • 6:00 a.m. – 7:00 a.m.: Pancha Vayu Kriya
  • 7:00 a.m. – 7:45 a.m.: Breakfast + Sun Gazing
  • 8:00 a.m. – 9:30 a.m.: Pratyahara - Exploring emotions or habits to overcome
  • 9:30 a.m. – 9:55 a.m.: Break + Chai
  • 10:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.: Dharana - Rhythmic breathing to open the energy channels
  • 11:30 a.m.: Celebrate the End of Silence 🎉 with Gratitude and Dive into the Cooking Lesson!
  • 1:00 p.m.: Lunch + Open Discussion
  • 4:00 p.m.: Shat Kriya
  • 5:00 p.m.: Cooking Lessons
  • 5:30 p.m.: Dinner
  • 6:30 p.m.: Checkout

Optional Stay:
Guests are welcome to stay Sunday night (included in the package) and check out on Monday morning. If you stay, we will listen to one more discourse, discuss the subject in depth, and hold one final practice.

What is included:

Accommodation: Private room with a shared full bath. If you are bringing a friend or coming as a couple, the bath will be exclusively for your use.

Food: Vegetarian breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Practice: Daily guided sessions including Pancha Vayu Kriya, Vasi Yoga.

Cooking Lessons: Hands-on sessions to master the art of Indian vegetarian cooking.
