Outcomes in life are the result of actions, and actions stem from thoughts. Thoughts, in turn, arise from the electrical activity of synapses connecting neurons in the brain. This activity is profoundly influenced by the vibrational state of the body. To change the psychology, you have to first change the biology.

Vasi Yoga Course Structure

This intensive practice course is divided into four progressive levels, each building on foundational techniques to deepen your experience and transformation:

STEP 1: PANCHA VAYU KRIYA (FIVE MANIFESTATIONS OF PRANA)

  • Align your breathing rhythm with lunar and solar cycles to harmonize with natural energies.
  • Enhance lung capacity and oxygenation to create a strong foundation for advanced practices.
  • Open energy channels by regulating the flow of the five pranas (Pancha Vayu): Udana, Prana, Samana, Apana, and Vyana.

STEP 2: CHAKRA SHODHANA WITH PANCHA BOOTHA KRIYA (FIVE ELEMENTS)

  • The chakras and the five elements share a Yin-Yang relationship.Working on these together amplifies their combined effects, leading to
    profound transformation.
  • By using breath, internal sound, and breath retention, you can align and synchronize the flow of energy across all chakras while achieving balance among the five elements.

STEP3: SHAT KRIYA (CLEASNSING SUSHUMNA NADI)

  • Equalize the flow of breath through ida (left nostril) and pingala (right nostril) to increase prana energy in the body.
  • Channel prana through Sushuma nadi to direct the flow of prana from the Crown Chakra (Sahasrara) to the Base Chakra (Mooladhara).
  • This prepares the body and mind for Dharana (concentration).

STEP4: PRATYAHARA + DHARANA

  • Engage in yogic rhythmic breathing combined with heightened awareness to withdraw from sensory distractions (Pratyahara).
  • Develop focus and concentration (Dharana), paving the way for deeper meditative states and self-mastery.


The Retreat

Number of guests: 1 or 2 (if couple)

Duration:
14 nights, 15 days (minimum). You have the option to go up to 30 days.
